Installation Trouble

Hey

I've tried yesterday to install OpenSolaris on my laptop, and the installation rebooted at the middle, without any warning, while copying files. Any ideas why that happened?

Also, I noticed that the ACPI of the laptop was not recognized (its a ThinkPad X300). This would cause power saving problems, right?
