Hi,

Trying to install on the aforementioned laptop. Selecting either grub boot option will boot, but it hangs a few moments after. The screen blanks out so the -k -v options are not any good. Any ideas?

I should also point out that the CD works fine on a couple of other systems I tried it on.

Working through kmdb I've narrowed it down to the following

configure+0x3d: call +0x261e <impl_bus_reprobe>

and more specificaly while calling bus_probes

Update::

I've found out there's a bug logged against a Toshiba A100, which displays the exact same behaviour as my A10. The only difference is that using pci-reprog=off allows me to proceed with the installation. Can anyone confirm what the knock-on effects of using this switch are?
